1No Effect on Other Rights Clause Samples

The "No Effect on Other Rights" clause establishes that the rights or remedies provided in a specific agreement or section do not limit or exclude any other rights or remedies a party may have under the law or other agreements. In practice, this means that if a party exercises a right under the contract, it does not forfeit or diminish any additional rights it may possess elsewhere, such as statutory rights or rights under other contracts. This clause ensures that parties retain the full scope of their legal protections and prevents the contract from unintentionally restricting broader entitlements.
