Common use of 2 - DURATION Clause in Contracts

2 - DURATION. I.2.1 The Contract shall enter into force on the date on which it is signed by the Institute as the last contracting party. I.2.2 Under no circumstances may implementation commence before the date on which the Contract enters into force.
