2003 Stock Option and Incentive Plan Option Grants. The Company has established the 2003 Stock Option and Incentive Plan (the “Stock Option Plan”). The Executive shall be eligible to receive restricted share grants, grants of stock options and other awards under the Stock Option Plan as determined by the Compensation Committee.
