2013 Long-term Cash Incentives. At the regularly scheduled payment date, Xxxxxxx shall pay each Xxxxxxx Employee, and Dover shall pay each Dover Employee, who is participating in Dover’s long-term cash incentive program that relates to a performance period ending on or before December 31, 2013 such Xxxxxxx Employee’s and such Dover Employee’s (as applicable) incentive award under such program, based on actual performance.
