2014 Bonuses. B/E shall pay eligible KLX Employees a cash bonus payment equal to the full annual cash bonus amount earned by such KLX Employee for 2014, as determined by B/E, immediately prior to the Distribution Date. B/E shall be entitled to the benefit of any tax deduction in respect of the cash bonus payment made pursuant to this Section 7.01(a).
