Common use of 2015 Performance Share Units Clause in Contracts

2015 Performance Share Units. Except as set forth in Schedule 6.2(b)(ii), each RRD Performance Share Unit award granted in 2015 pursuant to the RRD 2012 Performance Incentive Plan that is outstanding immediately prior to the LSC Distribution or the Donnelley Financial Distribution (with satisfaction of performance conditions permanently measured by the HR Committee through the LSC Distribution Date or the Donnelley Financial Distribution Date) shall be converted in the exact same manner and time as RRD Restricted Stock Units are converted pursuant to Section 6.2(a)(ii) above and shall remain subject to time-based vesting for the remainder of the applicable performance period.
