2017 Additional Term Loans. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, each 2017 Additional Term Loan Lender severally agrees to make, a 2017 Additional Term Loan to the Borrowers on the Amendment Effective Date in a principal amount set forth opposite such 2017 Additional Term Loan Lender’s name on Schedule 1 hereto (each such amount, a “2017 Additional Term Commitment”).
