Common use of 203 Acceptance of Premises Memorandum Clause in Contracts

203 Acceptance of Premises Memorandum. Upon Substantial Completion (as --------------------------------- defined in the Work Letter) of Tenant's Improvements, Landlord and Tenant shall execute the Acceptance of Premises Memorandum (herein so called) attached hereto as Exhibit E.
