On the expiration or sooner determination of any mining lease granted pursuant to Clause 21B hereof the land the subject of that mining lease shall thereupon be deemed to be part of the land in the Mining Lease and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Mining Lease and this Agreement (other than Clause 21B hereof). ”.
