23Electronic Communication. Each Credit Party agrees that Administrative Agent may, but shall not be obligated to, make the Communications available to the Lenders by posting the Communications on Debt Domain, Intralinks, Syndtrak or a substantially similar electronic transmission system (the “Platform”).
