29C. 10 A Regular Part-time Employee will receive a credit for sick leave computed from the date their continuous service commenced at the rate of one and one-half (1 ½) working days for each full month of employment, pro-rated on the basis of the hours worked by the Employee in relation to the regularly scheduled hours for a Full-time Employee, up to a maximum of one hundred and twenty (120) working days.
