2Authority and Duties Sample Clauses
2Authority and Duties. Executive shall have full responsibility as the CEO and President of Employer and all authority normally accorded to such position. Executive agrees to perform such duties and responsibilities commensurate with the positions of CEO and President as may reasonably be determined by the Board.
2Authority and Duties. Executive shall continue to have full responsibility as the CSO of Employer and all authority normally accorded to such position. Executive agrees to perform such duties and responsibilities commensurate with the position of CSO as may reasonably be determined by the Board of Directors of Employer (the “Board”).
