The Company shall be permitted, but not required to post a copy of the Trust's Statutory Prospectuses and/or Summary Prospectuses on the Company's Web site. The Trust agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to employ procedures consistent with industry practices designed to reduce exposure to viruses.
