2Headings; Interpretation. The headings of the various sections of this Agreement have been inserted for convenience of reference only and shall not be deemed to be part of this Agreement. The terms “hereof,” “herein,” “hereby” and derivative or similar words refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Agreement. Except when used together with the word “either” or otherwise for the purpose of identifying mutually exclusive alternatives, the term “or” has the inclusive meaning represented by the phrase “and/or.” All references in this Agreement to “dollars” or “$” shall mean United States dollars. Except where the context otherwise requires, wherever used the singular shall include the plural, the plural the singular, the use of any gender shall be applicable to all genders. The term “including” or “includes” means “including without limitation” or “includes without limitation.”
