2Notice. NYISO or, as applicable, Connecting Transmission Owner shall notify Developer promptly when it becomes aware of an Emergency State that affects the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or the New York State Transmission System that may reasonably be expected to affect Developer’s operation of the Large Generating Facility or the Developer’s Attachment Facilities. Developer shall notify NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner promptly when it becomes aware of an Emergency State that affects the Large Generating Facility or the Developer Attachment Facilities that may reasonably be expected to affect the New York State Transmission System or the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities. To the extent information is known, the notification shall describe the Emergency State, the extent of the damage or deficiency, the expected effect on the operation of Developer’s or Connecting Transmission Owner’s facilities and operations, its anticipated duration and the corrective action taken and/or to be taken. The initial notice shall be followed as soon as practicable with written notice.
