2Notices. All notices, requests and demands to or upon Agent or any Grantor hereunder shall be effected in the manner provided for in Section 9.2 of the Credit Agreement and each such notice, request or demand to or upon any Guarantor shall be addressed to such Guarantor in care of Borrower at Borrower’s notice address set forth on Schedule 1.
