2Regulatory; Manufacturing. 1Novartis shall (a) determine the regulatory plans and strategies for the Antibody and Products, (b) be responsible for making all Regulatory Filings with respect to the Products (either itself or through its Affiliates, sublicensees or distributors), and (c) be responsible for obtaining and maintaining Regulatory Approvals throughout the Territory in the name of Novartis or its Affiliates, sublicensees or distributors.
