3Agreement Termination Generally Clause Samples
The 'Agreement Termination Generally' clause defines the conditions and procedures under which either party may end the contractual relationship. Typically, this clause outlines the required notice period, acceptable grounds for termination, and any obligations that must be fulfilled upon ending the agreement, such as returning confidential information or settling outstanding payments. Its core function is to provide a clear and fair process for concluding the agreement, thereby reducing uncertainty and potential disputes if either party wishes to exit the contract.
