3Changes in Locations,  Name, etc. Such Grantor shall not, except upon ten (10) Business Days’ prior written notice (or such lesser notice to which Lender may agree in writing in its sole discretion) to Lender and delivery to Lender of all additional financing statements and other documents reasonably requested by Lender as to the validity, perfection and priority of the security interests provided for herein: (i) change the location of its chief executive office from that specified on Schedule 3 or in any subsequent notice delivered pursuant to this Section 5.3; or (ii) change its name, identity or corporate or limited liability company structure or jurisdiction of organization.
