Common use of 3Enforceability Clause in Contracts

3Enforceability. This Agreement has been duly executed and delivered by an authorized person of the Buyer and constitutes the valid and binding obligation of the Buyer, enforceable against the Buyer in accordance with its terms, except as may be limited by applicable Bankruptcy Laws or by general principles of equity (whether considered in a proceeding in equity or at law).
