3Program Responsibilities. Each Party shall have the respective responsibilities assigned to it under the applicable Development Plan. The Parties shall conduct their respective Discovery Activities set forth in each Development Plan during the Discovery Period and shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to do so in accordance with the timelines and budgets therein.
