3RD PARTY AUTHORISATION.
27.1 The Customer has the right to authorise a 3rd party to place instructions and/or orders with the Company or to handle any other matters related to the Customer Account, provided that the Customer notifies the Company in writing and that this person is approved by the Company and meets all the Company’s specifications.
27.2 Unless the Company receives a written notification from the Customer for the termination of the authorisation of the person as described in the Paragraph above, the Company will continue accepting instructions and/or orders and/or other instructions relating to the Customer Account given by this person on the Customer’s behalf and the Customer will recognise such orders as valid.
27.3 Written notification of the termination of the 3rd party authorisation has to be received by the Company with at least five (5) working days’ notice prior to the date of termination.
