3Reports. All reports deliverable hereunder shall be generated by Manager using the then-existing systems of LCH and delivery of such reports is conditioned upon the capability, availability, cooperation and access to, such LCH systems and personnel for Manager. Manager shall hold annual meetings with the Governing Body or its designee specified in writing to discuss the reports required by this Agreement.
