4Assignment. You will not have the right or the power to assign any of Your rights or delegate the performance of any of Your obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of Payment Gateway, including in the case of a merger. Payment Gateway will have the right to assign this Agreement to its successors and/or assigns, subsidiaries, affiliates, Affiliate Partners and/or Third Party Service Providers.
