4Entire Agreement; Amendments. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof, superseding all prior and contemporaneous drafts (including drafts of the Agreement that formed part of the Tender), proposals, negotiations, communications, documents, understandings and agreements, written or oral, with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement, unless specifically incorporated herein by reference. Any such superseded documents shall not be used in any manner for the interpretation of this Agreement and shall not constitute admissible evidence in any proceedings between the parties. This Agreement may only be amended by a written document signed by both parties.
