Common use of 4Evidence of Payments Clause in Contracts

4Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Obligor or Agent to a Governmental Authority as provided in this Section, Borrower Agent shall deliver to Agent or Agent shall deliver to Borrower Agent, as the case may be, a copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to Borrower Agent or Agent, as the case may be.

4Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after payment by an Obligor of any payment of Taxes by any Obligor or Agent pursuant to a Governmental Authority as provided in this Section, Borrower Agent shall deliver to Agent the original or Agent shall deliver to Borrower Agent, as the case may be, a certified copy of a receipt issued by such the appropriate Governmental Authority evidencing such the payment, a copy of any return reporting such required by Applicable Law to report the payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to Borrower Agent or Agent, as the case may be.

4Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after If Agent or an Obligor pays any payment of Taxes by any Obligor pursuant to this Section 5.8.4, then upon request, Agent shall deliver to Borrower Agent or Agent to a Governmental Authority as provided in this Section, Borrower Agent shall deliver to Agent or Agent shall deliver to Borrower Agent, as the case may berespectively, a copy of a receipt issued by such the appropriate Governmental Authority evidencing such the payment, a copy of any return reporting such payment required by Applicable Law to report the payment, or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to Borrower Agent or Borrower Agent, as the case may beapplicable.
