Headings, etc The provision of a Table of Contents, the division of this Agreement into Articles and Sections and the insertion of headings are for convenient reference only and do not affect the construction or interpretation of this Agreement.
Table of Contents, Headings, etc The table of contents and the titles and headings of the articles and sections of this Indenture have been inserted for convenience of reference only, are not to be considered a part hereof, and shall in no way modify or restrict any of the terms or provisions hereof.
Paragraph Headings, etc The headings of paragraphs contained in this Assignment are provided for convenience only. They form no part of this Assignment and shall not affect its construction or interpretation. All references to paragraphs or subparagraphs of this Assignment refer to the corresponding paragraphs and subparagraphs of this Assignment. All words used herein shall be construed to be of such gender or number as the circumstances require. This "Assignment" shall each mean this Assignment as a whole and as the same may from time to time hereafter be amended or modified. The words "herein," "hereby," "hereof," "hereto," "hereinabove" and "hereinbelow," and words of similar import, refer to this Assignment as a whole and not to any particular paragraph, clause or other subdivision hereof, unless otherwise specifically noted.
Section Headings, etc The titles of the Sections appear as a matter of convenience only, do not constitute a part hereof and shall not affect the construction hereof. The words “herein,” “hereof,” “hereunder,” and “hereto” refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular Section or other subdivision.
Descriptive Headings, Etc The headings in this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and shall not limit or otherwise affect the meaning of terms contained herein. Unless the context of this Agreement otherwise requires: (1) words of any gender shall be deemed to include each other gender; (2) words using the singular or plural number shall also include the plural or singular number, respectively; (3) the words "hereof", "herein" and "hereunder" and words of similar import when used in this Agreement shall refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Agreement, and Section and paragraph references are to the Sections and paragraphs of this Agreement unless otherwise specified; (4) the word "including" and words of similar import when used in this Agreement shall mean "including, without limitation," unless otherwise specified; (5) "or" is not exclusive; and (6) provisions apply to successive events and transactions.
Clause headings The headings of the several clauses and sub-clauses of this Agreement are inserted for convenience only and shall not in any way affect the meaning or construction of any provision of this Agreement.
Headings and Subheadings The headings and subheadings used in this Agreement are used for convenience only and are not to be considered in construing or interpreting this Agreement.
