4No Strict Construction Sample Clauses

The "No Strict Construction" clause establishes that the terms of the contract should not be interpreted strictly against either party, regardless of which party drafted the agreement. In practice, this means that if there is any ambiguity or uncertainty in the contract language, neither side will be unfairly disadvantaged simply because they were the drafter or non-drafter. This clause helps ensure that both parties are treated equitably in the interpretation of the contract, preventing one party from gaining an unintended advantage due to technicalities in wording.
