Any notice required or permitted to be given under this Agreement will be effective if it is in writing and sent by email to: (a) [xxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx for Dalmore; and (b) xxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx for Rally. Either party may change its email address for receipt of notice by notice to the other party in accordance with this Section. Notices are deemed given upon transmission.
