Common use of 4Severability Clause in Contracts

4Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the other provisions or of this Agreement as a whole will not be affected; and, in such event, such provision will be changed and interpreted so as best to accomplish the objectives of such provision within the limits of applicable law or applicable court decision.

4Severability. If any clause or provision of this Agreement is determined to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under any present or future law by the final judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this Agreement will not be affected thereby. It is the intention of the parties that if any such provision is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the other provisions or of this Agreement there will be added in lieu thereof a provision as a whole will not be affected; and, similar in such event, terms to such provision will as is possible and be changed legal, valid and interpreted so as best to accomplish the objectives of such provision within the limits of applicable law or applicable court decisionenforceable.

4Severability. If Each provision of this Agreement shall be interpreted in such a manner as to be effective and valid under Applicable Law. But if any provision of this Agreement is determined held to be invalid invalid, illegal or unenforceableunenforceable under any Applicable Law or rule, the validity or validity, legality, and enforceability of the other provisions or provision of this Agreement as a whole will not be affected; and, in such event, such provision will be changed and interpreted so as best to accomplish the objectives of such provision within the limits of applicable law affected or applicable court decisionimpaired thereby.

If any provision of this Agreement is determined or the application thereof to any person or circumstance shall be invalid or unenforceableunenforceable to any extent, the validity or enforceability of the other provisions or remainder of this Agreement as a whole will and the application of such provisions to any other person or circumstance shall not be affected; and, in such event, such provision will affected thereby and shall be changed and interpreted so as best enforced to accomplish the objectives of such provision within the limits of applicable law or applicable court decisiongreatest extent permitted by law.
