4Underwriting Standards. The parties hereby declare and agree that all policies and benefits covered under this Agreement shall be issued in accordance with the Ceding Company's normal underwriting standards and guidelines. Any subsequent material changes to the underwriting standards and guidelines shall be subject to the approval of MARC in writing before being applied to policies and benefits to be covered by this Agreement. MARC agrees that the approval will not be unreasonably withheld. ' 2
