Common use of 50% Living Plant Cover Clause in Contracts

50% Living Plant Cover. At completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing, converted areas must contain enough plants to create at least fifty (50) percent living plant cover at maturity. The Authority shall provide a list of approved living plant cover to be used by School. Remaining lawn areas are not considered as plant cover.
