5COVERAGE Sample Clauses

5COVERAGE. Landlord makes no representation to Tenant that the limits or forms of coverage specified above or approved by Landlord are adequate to insure Tenant’s property or Tenant’s obligations under this Lease, and the limits of any insurance carried by Tenant shall not limit Tenant’s obligations or liability under any indemnity provision included in this Lease or under any other provision of this Lease.
