I.6Offers of Employment I.6.1For the duration of the Contract Period and for a period of 12 Months thereafter neither the Client nor the Contractor shall employ or offer employment to any of the other Party’s Staff who have been associated with the procurement and/or the contract management of the Services without that other Party’s prior written consent.
