6Corporate Matters Sample Clauses

6Corporate Matters. All corporate and other proceedings, documents, instruments and other legal matters in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Loan Documents (including, but not limited to, those relating to corporate and capital structures of Borrower) shall be satisfactory to Lenders in their sole discretion.
