6Covenant Compliance Generally Clause Samples

The "Covenant Compliance Generally" clause establishes the obligation of a party, typically the borrower, to adhere to all covenants set forth in an agreement. It requires ongoing compliance with both affirmative and negative covenants, which may include maintaining certain financial ratios, providing regular reports, or refraining from specific actions like incurring additional debt. This clause serves to ensure that the party remains in good standing throughout the term of the agreement, thereby protecting the interests of the other party and reducing the risk of default.
