7Arbitration. To the extent not resolved through mediation as provided in Section 13.6, all claims, disputes and other matters in question arising out of or relating to this Agreement, any termination of the Executive’s employment, the enforcement or interpretation of this Agreement, or because of an alleged breach, default, or misrepresentation in connection with any of the provisions of this Agreement, including (without limitation) any state or federal statutory claims, shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Company’s and the Bank’s Agreement to Binding Arbitration, the terms and conditions of which are incorporated herein by reference.
