Common use of 7Waiver Clause in Contracts

7Waiver. Any Party may waive the terms and conditions of this Agreement, provided that such waiver must be made in writing and signed by the Parties. No waiver by any Party in certain circumstances with respect to a breach by other Parties shall be deemed as a waiver by such Party with respect to any similar breach of other Parties in other circumstances.
