Common use of 8Counterparts Clause in Contracts

8Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, and by the different parties on different counterpart signature pages, each of which when executed shall be deemed an original, but all such counterparts taken together shall constitute one and the same Agreement. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page of this Agreement by facsimile or other electronic method of transmission (in .pdf format) shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed original counterpart of this Agreement.

Signature pages may be detached from multiple separate counterparts and attached to a single counterpart. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page of this Agreement by facsimile transmission or other electronic method of transmission (in .pdf format) by e-mail shall be as effective as delivery of a manually executed original counterpart of this Agreementhereof.
