8Press Releases. Prior to the Effective Time, West Suburban and Buyer shall consult with each other and agree as to the form and substance of any press release or communication with shareholders of West Suburban or with the stockholders of Buyer, or other public disclosure materially related to this Agreement, or any other transaction contemplated hereby; provided, that nothing in this Section 7.8 shall be deemed to prohibit any Party from making any disclosure which its counsel deems necessary or advisable in order to satisfy such Party’s disclosure obligations imposed by Law.
8Press Releases. Academics4rail is set to generate and disseminate numerous press releases throughout the project. The initial press release was issued at the outset to announce the commencement of the project. Subsequent releases will be distributed at key stages, highlighting new achievements and milestones. These press releases will be publicly accessible on the project's website and distributed via email to an extensive contact list compiled from all partners. This list includes various media outlets, newspapers, magazines, policymakers, academics, and social media channels, ensuring widespread coverage and visibility.

  • Press Releases The Company agrees that it will not issue press releases or engage in any other publicity, without the Representative’s prior written consent (not to be unreasonably withheld), for a period of twenty-five (25) days after the Closing Date.
