A-2 Exchange Fraction. For any date of determination, a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class 2-A-EXS2-M Principal Balance for such date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Class 2-A-EXS1-M and Class 2-A-EXS2-M Regular Interests for such date.
