A Change Order. is a written instrument prepared and issued by the District and/or the Architect and signed by the District (as authorized by the District’s Board of Education), Developer, the Architect, and approved by the Project Inspector (if necessary) and DSA (if necessary), stating their agreement regarding all of the following: 17.3.1.1 A description of a change in the Work. 17.3.1.2 The amount of the adjustment in the Guaranteed Maximum Price, if any; and 17.3.1.3 The extent of the adjustment in the Contract Time, if any.
