Common use of A CLARIFICATION Clause in Contracts

A CLARIFICATION. A. In order to eliminate misunderstanding and to assure smooth operation of this Agreement, at least two (2) meetings per year shall be held between the employer and the Union. At least one meeting shall take place on or before October 31, and at least one meeting shall take place on or before March 1. B. No member of the faculty shall be discriminated against because of membership in the Union. No member of the faculty shall be propagandized directly or indirectly against joining or continuing membership in the Union by any person in a supervisory or administrative capacity. C. Copies of all School Board minutes shall be sent to the Union office as soon as they are legally approved by the Board action. D. A copy of the public agenda of the regular Board meetings shall be available to the official Union representative to the Board 48 hours prior to the meetings. The Union shall be advised as soon as possible of all special meetings of the Board.
