A Current Account showing what You owe Us or We owe You. Its balance may suggest that You have paid charges You owe to Us but this is only a notional position. We will not regard Fees as paid unless this Agreement ends with all other amounts You owe under it having also been paid as well as such Fees. Any amount unpaid when the Agreement ends will be regarded as representing unpaid Fees save to the extent that it exceeds Fees incurred during the period of the Agreement. No interest is due on any amount We owe. If You owe more than the amount worked out by applying the Prepayment Percentage and High Involvement to the Unpaid Approved Debts at any time You will pay Us the difference on demand;

A Current Account. 1. Persons entitled to operate Current Account Any person may open a Current Account if it is domiciled in UAE or a legal resident orregistered in UAE, or fulfills any other residency criteria that may be prescribed by the Central Bank of UAE from time to time.

  • Payment Account (a) On or prior to the Closing Date, the Property Trustee shall establish the Payment Account. The Property Trustee and any agent of the Property Trustee shall have exclusive control and sole right of withdrawal with respect to the Payment Account for the purpose of making deposits in and withdrawals from the Payment Account in accordance with this Trust Agreement. All monies and other property deposited or held from time to time in the Payment Account shall be held by the Property Trustee in the Payment Account for the exclusive benefit of the Securityholders and for distribution as herein provided, including (and subject to) any priority of payments provided for herein.
