Common use of A Delinquent Revolving Clause in Contracts

A Delinquent Revolving. Credit Lender may cure its status as a Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender by paying the Administrative Agent the aggregate of the following: (i) The Administrative Agent's Cover (to the extent not previously repaid by the Borrowers and retained by the Administrative Agent in accordance with Subsection 13.3(c)(iv), above) with respect to that Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender. Plus (ii) The aggregate of the amount payable under Subsection 13.3(c)(iii), above (which relates to interest to be paid by that Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender).

A Delinquent Revolving. Credit Lender may cure its status as a Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender by paying the Administrative Agent the aggregate of the following: : (ixii) The Administrative Agent's Cover (to the extent not previously repaid by the Borrowers and retained by the Administrative Agent in accordance with Subsection 13.3(c)(iv12:12-3(c)(iv), above) with respect to that Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender. Plus (ii) The aggregate of the amount payable under Subsection 13.3(c)(iii), above (which relates to interest to be paid by that Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender).

A Delinquent Revolving. Credit Lender may cure its status as a Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender by paying the Administrative Agent the aggregate of the following: : (i) The Administrative Agent's Cover (to the extent not previously repaid by the Borrowers and retained by the Administrative Agent in accordance with Subsection 13.3(c)(iv13:13-3(c)(iv), above) with respect to that Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender. Plus (ii) The aggregate of the amount payable under Subsection 13.3(c)(iii), above (which relates to interest to be paid by that Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender).

A Delinquent Revolving. Credit Lender may cure its status as a Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender by paying the Administrative Agent the aggregate of the following: (i) The Administrative Agent's Cover (to the extent not previously repaid by the Borrowers and retained by the Administrative Agent in accordance with Subsection 13.3(c)(iv11-2(c)(iv), above) with respect to that Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender. Plus (ii) The aggregate of the amount payable under Subsection 13.3(c)(iii11-2(c)(iii), above (which relates to interest to be paid by that Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender).

A Delinquent Revolving. Credit Lender may cure its status as a Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender by paying the Administrative Agent the aggregate of the following: (i) The Administrative Agent's Cover (to the extent not previously repaid by the Borrowers Borrower and retained by the Administrative Agent in accordance with Subsection 13.3(c)(iv12:12-3(c)(iv), above) with respect to that Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender. Plus (ii) The aggregate of the amount payable under Subsection 13.3(c)(iii12:12-3(c)(iii), above (which relates to interest to be paid by that Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender).

A Delinquent Revolving. Credit Lender may cure its status as a Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender by paying the Administrative Agent the aggregate of the following: (i) The Administrative Agent's Cover (to the extent not previously repaid by the Borrowers and retained by the Administrative Agent in accordance with Subsection 13.3(c)(iv), above) with respect to that Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender. Plus (ii) The aggregate of the amount payable under Subsection 13.3(c)(iii), above (which relates to interest to be paid by that Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender).

A Delinquent Revolving. Credit Lender may cure its status as a Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender by paying the Administrative Agent the aggregate of the following: (iA) The Administrative Agent's Cover (to the extent not previously repaid by the Borrowers and retained by the Administrative Agent in accordance with Subsection 13.3(c)(iv10(b)(iii)(D), above) with respect to that Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender. PlusPLUS (iiB) The aggregate of the amount payable under Subsection 13.3(c)(iii10(b)(iii)(C), above (which relates to interest to be paid by that Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender).

A Delinquent Revolving. Credit Lender may cure its status as a Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender by paying the Administrative Agent the aggregate of the following: (i) The Administrative Agent's Cover (to the extent not previously repaid by the Borrowers and retained by the Administrative Agent in accordance with Subsection 13.3(c)(iv12-3(c)(iv), above) with respect to that Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender. Plus (ii) The aggregate of the amount payable under Subsection 13.3(c)(iii12-3(c)(iii), above (which relates to interest to be paid by that Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender).
