Common use of A Delinquent Clause in Contracts

A Delinquent. Revolving Credit Lender may cure its status as a Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender by paying the Agent the aggregate of the following: (i) The Agent's Cover (to the extent not previously repaid by the Borrowers and retained by the Agent in accordance with Subsection 13.2(c)(iv)), above) with respect to that Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender. Plus (ii) The aggregate of the amount payable under Subsection 13.2(c)(iii), above (which relates to interest to be paid by that Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender). Plus (iii) All such costs and expenses as may be incurred by the Agent in the enforcement of the Agent's rights against such Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender.

A Delinquent. Revolving Credit Lender may cure its status as a Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender by paying the Administrative Agent the aggregate of the following: (i) The Administrative Agent's Cover (to the extent not previously repaid by the Borrowers Loan Parties and retained by the Administrative Agent in accordance with Subsection 13.2(c)(iv)13.3(c)(iv), above) with respect to that Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender. Plus PLUS (ii) The aggregate of the amount payable under Subsection 13.2(c)(iii13.3(c)(iii), above (which relates to interest to be paid by that Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender). Plus PLUS (iii) All such costs and expenses as may be incurred by the Administrative Agent in the enforcement of the Administrative Agent's rights against such Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender.

A Delinquent. Revolving Credit Lender may cure its status as a Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender by paying the Agent the aggregate of the following: (i) The Agent's ’s Cover (to the extent not previously repaid by the Borrowers Borrower and retained by the Agent in accordance with Subsection 13.2(c)(iv)2.25(c)(iv), above) with respect to that Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender. Plus . (ii) The aggregate of the amount payable under Subsection 13.2(c)(iii2.25(c)(iii), above (which relates to interest to be paid by that Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender). Plus . (iii) All such costs and expenses as may be incurred by the Agent in the enforcement of the Agent's ’s rights against such Delinquent Revolving Credit Lender.
