A dministration. The District Judges and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Judge will provide oversight and monitoring to assure that Attorney performs as required under this Contract. Nothing herein shall be interpreted as creating a right or remedy against the County, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Judge, or the District Judges on the part of any person.
A dministration. All questions of interpretation concerning the Grant Notice, this Agreement and the Plan shall be determined by the Board. All such determinations shall be final and binding upon all persons having an interest in the Award as provided by the Plan. Any Officer shall have the authority to act on behalf of the Company with respect to any matter, right, obligation, or election which is the responsibility of or which is allocated to the Company herein, provided the Officer has apparent or actual authority with respect to such matter, right, obligation, or election.

A dministration. The Commission may engage an Executive Director and related staff to manage the day- to-day operations to fulfill its purpose consistent with its annual approved budget. The Executive Director shall have the authority to manage the daily operations and shall report regularly to the Commission. The parties hereto agree that they will participate in the activities and programs and provide funds on an on-going basis consistent with existing funding contributions currently made to Birmingham NEXT for these services for fiscal year 2020-2021 unless or until terminated in accordance with this Agreement. The parties may annually adjust these funding contributions during each subsequent fiscal year as approved by the municipal governing bodies.
