A Educational Leave Sample Clauses
A Educational Leave. An employee shall be granted an educational leave not to exceed one
(1) school year provided that employee:
1. Has at a minimum completed four (4) years of teaching experience in the School Corporation.
2. Has requested the educational leave on or before April 1 of the school year prior to the school year of leave.
A Educational Leave. A.1 The Hospital will annually provide eight (8) hours of paid educational 20 leave for each regular nurse provided, however, that if a nurse must 21 miss a regularly scheduled shift in excess of eight (8) hours in order to 22 attend an approved education program, the nurse will be entitled to up 23 to the length of his or her regularly scheduled shift of paid educational 24 leave for that day. Such pay will be drawn from the nine hundred 25 (900)-hour pool described in 13.A.2
