A G R E E D. 1 Where a Party discloses information (‘Owner’) to the other Party (‘Recipient’) relating to business and technical matters including but not limited to documents, drawings, diagrams, and programs or any part or copy of such information as identified in Exhibit A attached to and forming part of this Agreement (‘Confidential Information’) each Party will:‐
