Common use of A. Limit on Recovery Clause in Contracts

A. Limit on Recovery. Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, the right of recovery against each Borrower under this Section 13.A. shall not exceed $1.00 less than the lowest amount which would render such Borrower’s obligations under this Section 13.A. void or voidable under applicable law, including, without limitation, fraudulent conveyance law.
